We specialize in providing an intimate Omakase (Chefs Choice) experience within the comfort of your own home or private venue.

Our team is committed to providing you with the best seafood and Organic ingredients on the market. With well over a decade spent working in sushi bars and Michelin rated establishments throughout the country, Executive Chef Julian Parks has created an unforgettable pre-fix experience that will leave you with a newfound appreciation for this timeless facet of Japanese cuisine.

And guess what? We're not confined to dry land! If you fancy a unique dining experience on water or in the sky, we're thrilled to announce that we offer catering services on boats and aircraft as well.

We tailor our setups depending upon your preference. Although we're more than happy to work in front of you, we can also orchestrate this unique experience from a distance while you and your guests enjoy each course within a separate venue.

Our Process/Ingredients

We do our best to utilize the local fish that's sourced from Santa Barbara and other parts of Southern California. Any additional seafood used in your meal will either be wild caught and/or responsibly farmed by a facility that we've extensively researched. 

The Rundown

As we move through each course, our chefs will be walking you through the preparation in addition to sharing where the seafood is sourced from. We prefer to work directly in front of the guests so they will easily be able to watch the entire process and any ask questions!

Although we're more than happy to create a custom menu for you, we mainly focus on 

providing 7 tiered packages. Your experience will last for approximately 3-4 hours.

 

Each menu tier comes with Ceremonial Matcha Tea, Still, & Sparkling Water.
 

Presently, we extend an invitation to experience our meticulously crafted sake pairing packages.

 

The traditional offering encompasses a selection of four curated flights priced at $125 per guest

while the premium pairing boasts an exquisite array of five curated flights, available at $275.
 

We also provide all the serving & tableware for your dinner as well!

Our chefs can also provide you with an Artisinal Raw Bar experience which can be added 

on to any of the menu tiers below. However, if you would like a different type

 Ideal for larger gatherings where guests may be exploring sushi for the first time or prefer a more straightforward dining experience, this selection offers a delightful array of classics. Featuring premium New Zealand King Salmon, succulent Steamed Rock Crab, and buttery Japanese Hamachi, it provides a perfect introduction to the world of sushi, ensuring a satisfying and accessible culinary journey for all.

Although we provide a service which utilizes a broad range of culinary influence, our chefs are also trained in traditional Japanese sushi techniques.
