And the marinades--holy cow!-- the marinades that graced so many of the fish. The presentation was wonderful and the whole procession of dishes was exquisitely timed.
Julian was a pro, mixing it up with the guests and laughing along with us, but always bringing a respectful approach to each serving. We were able to enjoy dinner on a patio on a bluff overlooking the Santa Barbara Channel, so amazing ambiance! Hope you get so lucky.
