And the marinades--holy cow!-- the marinades that graced so many of the fish. The presentation was wonderful and the whole procession of dishes was exquisitely timed.

Julian was a pro, mixing it up with the guests and laughing along with us, but always bringing a respectful approach to each serving. We were able to enjoy dinner on a patio on a bluff overlooking the Santa Barbara Channel, so amazing ambiance! Hope you get so lucky. "Julian is a one of a kind sushi chef! If you ever want a personal Omakase in the comfort of your own home, this is the guy! We've had him at our house 3 times and and every time he levels it up. The fish is so fresh and melts in your mouth. I don't eat salmon and I had salmon and it was so delicious! You will not be disappointed! This is a one of a kind experience. One word.. EPIC!"
